Is not the club going well?

The Bar and its Staff

The Management and Office Staff

The Kitchen

The Floral decorations at the entrance

Where do I stop

The Menz shed

The repair of the tennis club building

The work on the golf course and bowling green

The repair of the Lakes Golf Building

The attempts of the many sub clubs to recruit new members

And so its goes on as it has done for many years and hopefully will continue to do so for the benefit and enjoyment of all

There are still some large ticket items to be addressed, not the least being the preservation and refurbishment of one of our major assets (the Recreation  Hall) but slowly we will succeed.

Some members would wish greater expenditure on their area of interest which at this stage is not fiscally prudent.  I would like to reiterate that the club is there for all members and it will, as circumstances permit, strive to satisfy those wishes.

My short term goal is to try to meet the desires of all parties.  My long term goal is to develop a strategy that will future proof the club so that it may continue to improve and meet the desires of all its members ad infinitum.

I feel humbled and privileged to be in position of president and I hope I can live up to at least the expectations of the majority
